Good Food Producers Guide 2010

"It is really heartening when an urban butcher surrounded by supermarkets can thrive: Dale's has bucked the trend and is doing exactly that. Just across the road from Hampton Court Palace (whose catering outlets they supply with meat), it is possible to by slow-grown Gloucester Old Spot pork from Mark Hall Estate. Salt Marsh lamb from Romney Marsh is also available."
